The 2018 lecturer will be Dr. Jeffrey Mount – Senior Fellow at the Public Policy Institute of California Water Policy Center and Professor Emeritus from the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at the University of California Davis. Dr. Mount’s talk is titled “The Consequences of Groundwater Sustainability in California.”
